I cannot say enough good about OSU's Leadership for Managers Training Series. This tool was an affordable and practical means to help train new managers. We then used topics as a team for discussion for new and experienced managers alike. We all valued the flexibility of being able to do the work on our own schedule, but I especially love that it is divided out into bite-sized pieces over several months. This gave my team the opportunity to work through lessons then digest and implement the concepts. The instructors shared many relevant articles that I have saved for future use. I have already reshared a couple with various people in the short time since we completed the course. I hope the College of Professional Studies will consider a part two for this training.
